Job summary

Carowinds is seeking a Team Lead or Supervisor to help maintain a safe, clean environment for guests while guiding a dedicated Park Services team. You will lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold our standards of safety and service.

You will supervise cleaning, trash disposal, grounds and restroom upkeep, and assist guests with directions and park information. Flexibility for varied shifts and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach team members to deliver friendly guest service.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of assigned areas within the park.
• Lead teams responsible for sweeping park streets, walkways and attraction areas.
• Oversee general maintenance of equipment to keep facilities properly serviced.
• Assist guests with directions and park information; perform other duties as required.
