Carowinds in North Carolina is seeking a Team Lead or Supervisor for Park Services. You will supervise lifeguard teams, ensure guest safety, coordinate training, and maintain clean grounds and restrooms, while promoting a fun and safe environment for guests.

The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and teamwork with opportunities to mentor staff and influence daily operations. Availability includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Willing to complete Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training program including first aid, CPR, water skills and spinal injury management.
• People who help guests and ensure safety.
• Good judgment and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work with diverse guests and associates.
• Passion for Carowinds and guest service.
• Availability including some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Take pride in the cleanliness and safety of your assigned area.
• Provide supervision, training, coaching, and motivation of Team Members.
• Create a positive work environment through motivation and interaction with all Team Members.
• Lead teams responsible for sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment to ensure property is serviced and maintained.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
