Job summary

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA, seeks a team-oriented individual to coordinate daily park zone operations and assign tasks to the crew. You will implement the Park Services training program, supervise procedures, and ensure compliance with policies while assisting with recruiting and guest inquiries.

You will coach Supervisors and Team Members on service quality, safety, and efficiency, and help develop leadership within the department.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, understand).
• Previous park services experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation of park zones and assign daily tasks to the team.
• Enforce Park Services training program and supervise procedures and documentation.
• Write and update department schedules; assist in recruiting as needed.
• Answer guest questions and provide excellent guest service.
• Coach and develop Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members on service, safety and efficiency.
• Oversee development of Supervisors and Leads; audit team performance.
• Complete and maintain daily department forms and audits.
• Enforce Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies and assist other park areas as needed.
