Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is seeking a Food & Beverage Catering & Special Events Supervisor in Vallejo, CA to lead daily operations, ensure food safety, guest service and presentation standards.

The role drives guest satisfaction and revenue through initiatives across catering and special events, manages inventory and costs, and mentors seasonal staff while coordinating with multiple departments in a fast-paced theme park environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or senior supervisory experience in theme park Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience supervising large teams and interfacing with all levels of management.
• Certified in Safe Food Handling and responsible alcohol service (TIPS) or obtain certification within 60 days.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B Catering & Special Events operations, ensuring safety, presentation, and guest service standards.
• Manage inventory, control costs, oversee cash handling, and guide seasonal staff.
• Support compliance, team development, and long-term planning to enhance guest experiences and department growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless events and catering services.
