Qualifications

• Minimum five years prior supervisory experience in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prefer prior experience as a Ride Mechanic in a theme park setting or the equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must meet deadlines and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Ride Maintenance areas and enforce safety policies.
• Schedule work, supervise maintenance teams, and coordinate service calls.
• Diagnose complex ride issues and lead preventative maintenance programs.
• Train staff and promote a culture of safety, teamwork and accountability.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
