Six Flags Great America & Hurricane Harbor is seeking an enthusiastic Park Services Leadership Intern to help maintain park cleanliness and uphold standards across various areas. You will lead and develop Team Members, coordinate daily inspections, and support opening/closing procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work nights/weekends/holidays, and comfortable working outdoors in varied weather. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced park environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Unit Supervisors, Team Members and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Follow guidelines and checklists for park cleanliness.
• Serve as liaison between Team Members, Supervisors and Management.
• Complete daily inspection paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, midways, and dining locations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and staffing levels.
• Provide training to Team Members as needed.
• Prepare detailed daily duty reports.
• Represent Park Services Department professionally.
• React calmly to emergencies and unusual situations.
• Be flexible to work in different park areas.
