Job summary

Carowinds is hiring Park Services Area Supervisors to assist the Operations Supervisor in coordinating park services and guest experiences. This is year‑round work at Carowinds with opportunities to learn other aspects of the business through cross-training and development programs.

You will help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests and associates, while supervising a small team and coordinating daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years park services supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the public and associates.
• Open availability for rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check per policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers and associates have a clean and fulfilling experience.
• Assist Operations Supervisor in coordinating operational concerns.
