Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum three months of Ambassador experience or equivalent external experience.
• Must act responsibly with high attention to safety.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in delivering exemplary guest service.
• Supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors.
• Track labor, including daily scheduling and break management.
• Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain area cleanliness and control guest flow.
