Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment's Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA is seeking Ambassadors to help maintain park presentation and safety. You will supervise and develop a small grounds team, coordinate cleaning schedules and assist with daily tasks, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

We value strong communication, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. A minimum of five years supervisory experience and grounds maintenance know-how are preferred, with opportunities for scholarships

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience; grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance tasks and safety practices.
• Ability to follow schedules, PPE rules, and cleaning chemical guidelines.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop an assistant business unit supervisor and the grounds maintenance team to maximize park presentation.
• Perform general grounds tasks including cleaning, pressure washing, hosing, sweeping, and related duties.
• Ensure training and compliance with scheduling, time-keeping, small engine use, PPE and chemicals.
• Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
• Oversee team member compliance and development.
• Coordinate park cleaning with other departments to minimize disruption.
