You'll interact with guests and maintain park cleanliness while performing various janitorial and park prep services. Responsibilities

• Interact positively with guests.

• Perform janitorial services and park prep services.
• Perform park prep services including pressure washing, leaf blowing/removal/disposal, product stocking, special projects, and placement/removal of umbrellas, tables, trash cans, benches, urns, and dispensers.
• Report any maintenance concerns to leadership in a timely manner.

What You Get To Do

• Interact with guests in a positive, professional manner.
• Maintain general cleanliness, organization, and quality of park facilities, including all park areas and office buildings.
• Perform janitorial services including trash removal/disposal, sweeping, mopping, hosing, cobweb removal, storage room cleaning, dumpster cleaning, and hard floor/carpet cleaning.
• Perform park prep services including pressure washing, leaf blowing/removal/disposal, product stocking, special projects, and placement/removal of umbrellas, tables, trash cans, benches, urns, and dispensers.
• Report any maintenance concerns to leadership in a timely manner.

What Else Is Important

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Ability to initiate conversations with guests.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout the entire work shift.
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bending floor‑to‑waist/waist‑to‑overhead, reaching overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).
• Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, including extreme heat and cold temperatures.
• Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement.
• Consistently practice safe work habits, including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and report unsafe situations.
• Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs.
• Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines.
