Streetplus Company, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Newark park maintenance programs, oversee a team of Supervisors and Outside Cleaner Ambassadors, and ensure high-quality landscapes and environmental standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 3–5 years in field ops, and proven budgeting and leadership experience. Full-time position with relocation not provided and travel not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising field operations in parks or urban services.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and insurability.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and vendor relations.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and mentor supervisors and ambassadors.
• Conduct regular multi-site inspections across Newark parks.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Manage labor hours, equipment, and supplies for efficiency.
• Serve as liaison with municipal partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor metrics and generate routine performance reports.
• Lead recruitment and training for seasonal and permanent staff.
