Job summary

Dezerland Park Orlando is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in guiding daily park operations and financial performance. The AGM will lead teams across attractions, F&B, events, and facilities, stepping in as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

With 5+ years in amusement/hospitality leadership and a bachelor’s degree, you will drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenue, and foster a high-performance culture through training, scheduling, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in amusement parks, attractions, hospitality, or high-volume entertainment venues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty and support the General Manager in daily park operations across attractions, rides, food & beverage, retail, and events.
• Drive guest experience by modeling service excellence and resolving issues on the floor.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, labor scheduling, and cost control initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and supervisors; recruit, train, and retain staff.
