Job summary

Workstream is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager in Orlando to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager. You will supervise staff, support training, and drive sales and profitability while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to policies, with a focus on creating a strong guest culture and high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in training all employees.
• Maintains appropriate staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps staff during high volume periods as needed.
• Administers all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyzes profit and loss statements and helps meet sales plans.
• Maintains accurate inventory and ensures policy compliance.
• Keeps a clean, safe, and compliant dining environment.
• Delivers high quality products consistently across shifts.
