Dezerland Park Orlando seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily park operations across attractions, rides, food & beverage, and events. You will serve as Manager-on-Duty during peak periods to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership within amusement or high-volume venues, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in amusement parks or high-volume venues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience supervising teams and managing daily operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily park operations across attractions, rides, and events.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty to ensure seamless park operations during peak periods.
• Lead and develop department managers, promoting guest service excellence.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes.
