Job summary

SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking an Ambassador to represent the park with enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to quality. You will support Guest Arrival, Rides, Shows, and Park Quality teams to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.

The role requires 2–4 years of theme park management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CPR/AED certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2–4 years of theme park management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and park schedule for guest satisfaction and park quality.
• Frequently assume Park Duty Manager responsibilities.
• Monitor guest comments and act on opportunities for positive change.
• Maintain a safe environment for ambassadors, guests, and animals.
• Provide positive leadership to ensure team satisfaction and safety.
