Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR/AED training/certification.
• Ability to be certified on all attractions.
• Outstanding communication, public speaking, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations.
• Comfortable working outdoors, around water and at heights up to 350 ft.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Flexibility in working varied hours.
• Previous leadership experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver guest experiences from the get-go.
• Model and perform high service standards to foster a positive atmosphere.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Track labor, scheduling and breaks.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals.
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Respond to guest and team member needs.
• Report project status to Supervisors and Managers.
• Ensure strict adherence to cash handling procedures.
