Altitude Trampoline Park Skokie is seeking a General Manager to drive profitability, culture, and daily operations. The GM will oversee park programs, safety, and guest experience while leading all park positions and implementing policies to maximize margins and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and the ability to develop a top-performing team. Night and weekend hours are expected as part of operations in a family entertainment center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• Experience managing teams in family entertainment, hospitality or restaurants.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Proven budget preparation and adherence.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a team.
• Sales and marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Safeguard park operations and ensure safety and fun for guests and team.
• Oversee all park positions, programs, profitability, and business development opportunities.
• Lead and coach the management team on daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, risk management, and health/safety standards.
• Operate as Manager on Duty during open hours and drive guest satisfaction.
