Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park in Lombard, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily park operations, guest satisfaction, and event-focused revenue. The AGM collaborates with the General Manager, leads department heads, and ensures a high-energy, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will oversee the Party Host department, plan events, manage staffing and training, and align local promotions with company goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in entertainment, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in event planning or party coordination is a plus.
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily park operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
• Supervise department leads and frontline team members, ensuring accountability to brand standards.
• Step into the GM’s role as needed to lead daily operations or resolve issues.
• Monitor and manage labor and supply costs in line with budget guidelines.
• Help oversee inventory management and reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to strategy discussions on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Take primary responsibility for the success of the Party Host department, ensuring high-quality execution of birthday parties and group events.
• Oversee party host staffing, scheduling, and training to deliver guest service.
• Assist in planning and managing the party calendar to maximize capacity and revenue.
• Work with marketing to drive party bookings.
• Lead by example and coach staff toward guest engagement.
