Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Park in West Palm Beach is seeking a General Manager to lead park operations, guest services, food and beverage, training and overall performance. You will report to the franchise owner and work closely to reinforce standards and drive growth.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching a large team, managing budgets and financial reporting, upholding brand standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction with a safe, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a team in an entertainment or F&B environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Food safety or alcohol certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership qualities including organization and time management.
• Able to recruit, motivate, develop, retain, and promote top talent.
• Workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Lift and carry over 50 pounds regularly.
• Achieve budgeted financial results in areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with and support the owner & direct reports.
• Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear written and verbal communication.
• Manage all facets of the operation, including regular financial reporting.
• Establish and uphold Altitude standards and compliance.
• Create and implement strategies for business growth.
• Oversee Altitude's defined processes around inventory and reporting responsibilities.
• Oversee labor and spending for entire facility, within the park's guidelines.
• Track all spending and ensure it is accounted for and in accordance with the park's policies.
• Develop the team by establishing profitability goals and rewarding positive behavior.
• Recruit and hire talent.
• Set and hold expectations of accountability with team, upholding brand standards.
