Hyland Hills Park & Recreation District is seeking a Maintenance Tech II in Federal Heights, CO to maintain irrigation, landscapes, and park facilities. The role includes building repairs, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with staff and contractors.

A strong emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance is required. The position is Full Time/Non-exempt with a salary range of $46,700 to $65,300 per year, and requires a valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license and maintain driving record.

Responsabilités

• Maintain irrigation systems, landscapes, and facilities.
• Perform building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Operate and service mowers, edgers, and carpentry tools.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC tasks.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with teams and contractors as required.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of parks and facilities.
