Madison Square Park Conservancy is seeking Park Ambassadors to create a safe, welcoming space in Madison Square Park in Manhattan. You will manage visitor information, respond to inquiries, and support visitor-facing programs and events.

You will also promote Membership and Development opportunities while ensuring compliance with park rules, and you may be asked to assist with safety, data collection, and research efforts as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• NYS Security Guard License required and must be maintained.
• Ability to address and de-escalate conflicts in a clear, calm manner.
• Clear communication with the public in person, in writing, or by telephone.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily records and end-of-tour reports.
• Respond to inquiries via email, Slack, radio in a timely manner.
• Validate permits including event, parking, sound, and food vendor permits.
