The ideal candidate has three years of management experience, can perform physical labor, and must hold a valid Driver's license. Compensation ranges from $47,000 to $48,000 annually, with additional benefits including health, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Three years of management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically strenuous work.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations crew for park maintenance.
• Monitor safety hazards and maintain daily park records.
• Train and mentor staff on operational best practices.
• Ensure park cleanliness and good repair standards.
• Participate in park programming and events.
