Job summary

Natural Retreats in Park City is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the portfolio of luxury vacation homes. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, snow/ice removal, and coordination with guests, homeowners, and vendors. A technical background with independent work style is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality/property management or similar.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and appliance repair is required.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work active up to 85% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain core home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections across Park City portfolio.
• Assist with snow/ice removal and general property upkeep.
• Repair interiors/exteriors and basic carpentry as needed.
• Communicate progress on work orders with management and guests.
