Job summary

Natural Retreats is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Park City portfolio of luxury vacation homes. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems to ensure guest satisfaction and property readiness.

You will also perform preventive maintenance, assist with snow removal, and handle general upkeep as part of a dynamic team servicing high-end homes in Park City. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently are key.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in hospitality, property management, or related fields.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair including HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain core home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs to interiors/exteriors.
• Handle snow/ice removal and seasonal upkeep.
• Assist with general property upkeep and guest readiness.
• Document service performed and communicate progress on work orders.
