Job summary

Natural Retreats is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Park City, UT team, part of a luxury vacation rental management company. You will troubleshoot and maintain core home systems and perform interior/exterior repairs as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality/property management, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a flexible schedule including weekends, and a valid driver's license. Competitive hourly pay with strong benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in hospitality, property management, or similar oversight roles.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics and appliance repair including HVAC and radiant heating.
Comfort with reading equipment manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain core home systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances).
Perform interior and exterior repairs to home aesthetics and structures.
Read work orders and perform scheduled maintenance.
Use hand and power tools and interprete manuals safely.
Keep logs of service, coordinate with management, and assist housekeeping as needed.
Participate in snow/ice removal and on-call duties as required.
