Job summary

Qualifications

• Current university student pursuing Real Estate, Sales, Finance or business studies with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Previous internship experience and interest in sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; highly organized with multi-project focus.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and property tours for leasing opportunities.
• Assist with marketing research, broker lists, mailings, and prospecting.
• Participate in merchandising planning, strategy and execution.
• Network with stakeholders and follow up on leads; aid in LOI and lease negotiations.
