Responsibilities

• As a new member of the Leasing Team, you’ll assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting leads operations.
• You'll gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
• The intern should be prepared to work in a fast paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in leasing matters.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Operations and Asset Management.
• Help coordinate property tours, tenant inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency in (MS: Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
