Work hours are weekdays 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with potential night/weekend shifts during emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manual labor and grounds maintenance
• Ability to operate hand and power equipment
• Knowledge of plant care and landscaping practices
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Aufgaben

• Maintain landscaped areas, fields, roadsides, and parking lot islands by planting, trimming, mowing, and caring for native Hawaiian plants and other vegetation.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to promote plant health and maintain park appearance.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on park facilities, playgrounds, irrigation systems, fences, benches, restrooms, and other features.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, replenish supplies, and service maintenance on mowers and other equipment.
• Assist visitors by providing park information, checking permits, and addressing violations politely and professionally
