Anakeesta is hosting a Park Ambassador role at Gatlinburg, TN. You will welcome guests, educate them about Adventure Elements, and promote safety while guiding visitors through scenic experiences atop the Smokies. This position emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a dynamic outdoor setting.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, help guests with directions and photos, and uphold safety standards across multiple attractions in a mountain park environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and proactive personality.
• Ability to navigate uneven mountaintop terrain with ease.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about Adventure Elements including TreeVenture, BearVenture, Astra Lumina, and BirdVenture.
• Open and close adventure areas according to daily operating schedules.
• Monitor guest activity and ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed.
• Provide helpful park knowledge, wildlife facts, scenic recommendations, and photo opportunities.
• Serve as an approachable and reliable source of guest assistance throughout the day.
• Deliver clear safety instructions and confidently enforce posted regulations.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude—even during peak visitation times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
