Qualifications

  • Two years of experience performing administrative tasks in a professional setting; or equivalent combination of skills and training.
  • Experience gathering, organizing and analyzing information.
  • Experience balancing and coordinating workload across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support park operations, fiscal operations, retail sales and reservations; maintain professional appearance and attend trainings.
  • Provide accurate information to the public in person, by phone, email and social media.
  • Select, stock, price and display products for the park retail program; manage invoices and supplier data.
  • Recruit, hire, train and schedule Visitor Center staff and volunteers; track hours.
  • Ensure maintenance of visitor center facilities and restrooms; manage storage areas.
  • Process funds and financial records; manage deposits and marina leases as applicable.
  • Provide general office support, organize files, track budgets and manage communications.
