Job summary

Oregon Catholic Press is seeking a customer success-oriented professional to handle inbound inquiries, manage orders and billing, and guide customers through hymnals and missals. You will balance reactive support with light proactive engagement to ensure adoption and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; position is on-site in Oregon with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service, sales support, or customer success.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, billing, subscriptions, website navigation, and product usage.
• Provide immediate assistance on inbound calls and emails, resolving transactional and simple issues.
• Log interactions in CRM with case type, handling type, and outcome.
• Support onboarding to digital platforms, missals, and hymnals and reinforce product usage.
• Follow service standards, workflows, and escalation procedures.
