The Customer Support Specialist role backs customer success by handling inbound inquiries, guiding product usage, and maintaining CRM records to ensure satisfaction and retention across all account types.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years in customer service, sales support, or customer success.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, billing, subscriptions, website navigation, and product usage.
• Provide immediate assistance on inbound calls and emails, resolving transactional and simple issues.
• Log interactions in CRM with case type, handling type, and outcome.
• Support onboarding and product guidance for missals and hymnals.
• Assist with seasonal initiatives and process improvements.
