This role oversees parish administration, finances, operations, and property, while managing HR, employment procedures, and staff liaison activities.

It supports strategic planning and program delivery within a faith-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in business, management, finance, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Catholic Church, with a demonstrated commitment to the mission of the Church.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the administration of the parish to align with the pastor’s mission.
• Manages financial processes of the parish, parish operations, and parish property.
• Manages human resources and employment procedures; serves as liaison between pastor and staff; assists with strategic planning.
