This role oversees parish administration, finances, operations, and property, while managing HR, employment procedures, and staff liaison activities.

It supports strategic planning and program delivery within a faith-centered setting.

Oversees the administration of the parish to ensure its congruency with the parish’s mission and the pastor’s stated intentions. Oversees the financial processes of the parish, parish operations, and parish property. Manages human resources, employment procedures of the parish. Provides a responsive administrative liaison between the pastor and all staff.
