Job summary

The Diocese of Green Bay seeks a mission-driven administrator to support parishes and schools, aligning with diocesan vision and guiding strategic initiatives.

You will consult with parish councils, mediate conflicts, and assist in regional planning, requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in Catholic school or church ministry. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in school or business administration, pastoral ministry or related field with two+ years in Catholic schools or church ministry.
• Knowledge of diocesan, parish and school policies and procedures; preferably in the Diocese of Green Bay.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, mediation and organizational development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to parishes and schools in alignment with diocesan vision, mission, culture and values.
• Support Parish Life and Mission Director and offer consultation to parishes and councils in conflict mediation.
• Assist with the Diocesan Regional Planning Process and its implementation.
• Guide cross-functional planning teams in strategic planning and provide reports as needed.
