Job summary

Diocese of Green Bay seeks a Multimedia Content Coordinator to oversee written and print content, manage print workflows, and collaborate with freelance writers and photographers to deliver engaging stories.

You will produce content for the diocesan magazine, e-newsletter, website, and social media, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, Catholic teachings, and deadlines; this is a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in writing, journalism, English, communications or its equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Catholic faith and must be a practicing Catholic.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong working knowledge of print and digital media.
• Management and relationship building of freelance writers and photographers.
• Proven content writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a variety of written and print content creation.
• Manage print content workflow and collaborate with freelancers.
• Produce written content for diocesan channels: magazine, e-newsletter, website and social media.
• Ensure content is cohesive with diocesan mission and goals.
