Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Five years of related work experience in a professional financial setting.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop sound policies and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in or willing to learn required software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial protocols.
• Manage payroll and vendor relationships.
• Ensure financial transparency and accountability per Diocese policies.
• Monitor cash flow and ledgers; prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate IT purchasing for staff and facilities.
• Assist with annual diocesan audit preparation and coordination.
• Lead parish development activities and donor programs.
