Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an administrator or manager of an office.

• Understanding of Catholic parish organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parish and school financial activities and related administrative services.
• Prepare a yearly budget in consultation with the pastor and parish finance council, and monthly reports.
• Manage banking activities, payables and receivables, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and administer payroll functions.
• Serve as staff liaison to the parish finance council and report on assets and status.
• Ensure filings of federal, state, and diocesan reports.
• Monitor budgetary compliance for all departments.
• Research contracts, suppliers and vendors for fair pricing.
