Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Two years bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping, payroll, and HR support for parish(s).
• Write checks, reconcile bank statements, and process reimbursements.
• Maintain accounts payable/receivable and prepare financial reports.
• Monitor budgets and ensure tax reports (e.g., 941, W-2s) are filed timely.
• Support policy development and contract reviews in cooperation with the pastor and finance council.
