Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical role (FP&A, strategy/consulting, or business operations).
• Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/math, MBA a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; SQL experience highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and French; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in travel or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country Managers across EMEA to drive performance management and KPI analysis.
• Develop investment cases and initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and capital allocation discussions.
• Lead monthly regional business reviews and articulate drivers of variance to goals.
• Build narratives from data to inform senior management decisions and strategic actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Product and Data Science.
• Conduct deep dives into regional trends and translate insights into regional optimization opportunities.
