Job summary
CXG in Paris is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Director – Premium & Luxury to lead the commercial development of CXG's Automotive Industry practice, leveraging a strong senior network to win new business.
You will own market strategy, coordinate proposals, negotiations, and conversions, and guide internal teams to deliver value to luxury automotive brands.
Fluent English is required; German and French knowledge are a plus as CXG expands its premium automotive footprint.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Luxury Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive sector with consulting, marketing, sales, or business development in the premium/luxury segment.
- Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus and French is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial development of CXG's Automotive Industry practice with ownership of new client acquisition and market expansion.
- Own the business development effort from market mapping and opportunity creation through proposal development, negotiation, and conversion.
- Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy to acquire new automotive clients and leverage an established senior network to build a strong pipeline.
