Job summary
Horizon Trading Solutions in Paris seeks a Customer Delivery Manager to oversee client onboarding and project delivery across the EMEA market. You will coordinate presales, define scope, write specs, and manage timelines and budgets with Managed Services.
You’ll ensure SLA adherence and deliver insightful reports while liaising with Sales, Legal, Product and Engineering teams. The role requires 2+ years in client support or business analysis for electronic trading, fluency in English and French,
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in computer science/software engineering.
- Minimum 2 years in client support or business analysis in electronic trading.
- Fluent English and French, additional European language a plus.
- Strong commitment to service and client satisfaction.
- Interest in finance and electronic trading solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist presales, define scope, write specs and timelines with managed services.
- Onboard clients, identify gaps, obtain UAT sign-off, monitor progress.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Account Managers, Product Owners and Eng.
- Deliver reports, manage budget, track resources and quality per SLA.
- Gather client feedback post-install and measure onboarding satisfaction.
- Manage client requests and communicate delivery plans for fixes/features.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Sales to shape Horizon roadmap.
