Job summary

Isuroon is seeking a Parent Educator to support families in the Parent Capacity Program in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on scheduling, case management, parent education, and navigation of services with strict confidentiality and county contract adherence.

You will coordinate education sessions, document client interactions, and collaborate with Hennepin County staff and interpreters while maintaining trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional case management with children, families, or vulnerable populations (for Associates).
• HIPAA training or experience handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client scheduling for intakes, home visits, virtual sessions, classes, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain active case management including outreach, reminders, referrals, and progress tracking.
• Provide parent education, coaching, skill-building, and resource guidance using approved curriculum.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings per program guidelines.
• Document all client contacts and activities accurately and timely.
• Coordinate services with county staff, interpreters, and service providers.
• Monitor client engagement and escalate barriers to supervisors as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and contract requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and trainings.
