Job summary

TransImpact is seeking an experienced Strategic Parcel Supply Chain Partnerships Manager to build and scale partnerships in the logistics and transportation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will manage the full partner lifecycle from recruitment to performance management, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

This role offers hybrid work for those near our Emerald Isle, NC, or Independence, OH offices, and flexibility for fully remote candidates across registered states.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics partnerships.
• Proven experience in recruiting and activating partners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive co-sell execution with partners.
• Own partner onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Skills
