Job summary

You will process parcel divisions, maintain parcel data, verify homestead applications, CRVs, and support cross-department activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in real estate, public admin, business admin or related field.
• Two years of experience in a similar property records role.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to four years.

Responsibilities

• Process parcel division, platting, and addition of new parcels.
• Create and maintain property legal descriptions and parcel maps.
• Process homestead applications and CRVs.
• Research ownership and transfer history on parcels.
• Assist the public in person and by telephone.
• Provide cross-department coverage.
• Recommend improvements to system and processes.
• Tests and trains systems; maintains process documentation.
• Performs related work as required.
