Job summary

You will verify data, process sales records, transfers, and assessment changes, and contribute to cross-department projects. Proficiency with ArcGIS and strong math/communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of related experience.
• Or a combination of education and 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of property records, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions and maps.
• Strong computer and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create legal descriptions and update parcel maps.
• Assist customers with exemptions, exclusions, and tax programs.
• Process property sales records, transfers, abatements, and assessment changes.
• Provide cross-department support and documentation.
• Research public records for ownership and transfer history.
• Recommend system/process improvements and assist with testing.
