Job summary

MTM Transit in the Phoenix area is seeking Full-Time Paratransit Shuttle Bus Drivers (Entry-Level, Non-CDL) to join our team in Peoria, AZ. Training classes start weekly, onsite at Gilbert location off Arizona Ave & Elliot Rd.

You will provide safe transportation, assist passengers, and ensure on-time pickups while following DOT/ADA requirements. Benefits include competitive hourly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment screening.
• Able to pass background and Motor Vehicle Record checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Operate tablets/epresental devices as required.
