Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Road Supervisor – Paratransit in Spokane, WA to oversee safe, reliable passenger transport. You will enforce safety policies, coordinate with dispatch, and guide drivers to deliver high-quality service while maintaining ADA assistance.

CDL with endorsement and transit experience are essential for this full-time role. Benefits include paid training, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 21 years old with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years transit experience preferred.
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Computer literate - basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts.
• Subject to DOT drug testing per regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety culture and communicates safety and service standards to drivers.
• Works with managers to ensure safe, high-quality service for passengers.
• Documents employee actions and coordinates retraining or corrective measures as needed.
• Provides a role model by following company rules and policies.
• Maintains communications with dispatchers and drivers during shifts.
• Responds to service problems to minimize interruptions and ensures ADA passenger assistance.
