Qualifications

• 3+ years' Supervisory experience in Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver activities and SOPs as directed by client and company policies.
• Provide staff leadership to promote safe, efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure transit routes are consistently serviced to meet client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and communicate them to drivers and client management.
• Hire, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership data and suggest route changes accordingly.
• Support development of company policy and procedures.
• Support the General Manager as needed.
