Job summary

WeDriveU, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Fresno, CA to oversee driver activities, ensure reliable transit service, and collaborate with clients and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics acumen, and hands-on supervision at client sites. The position calls for 3+ years of supervisory experience in operations management, a valid Class B driver's license, and proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' supervisory experience in operations management.
• Licensed Class B driver with Passenger and Air Brakes endorsements.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of drivers and implement SOPs as directed by the client and WeDriveU policies.
• Provide staff leadership to promote safe, efficient and effective operations.
• Ensure transit routes are continuously serviced to meet client needs.
• Make staffing decisions and coordinate with drivers and client management.
• Hire, interview, train and develop new drivers.
• Analyze ridership data and suggest route changes accordingly.
• Support policy development and general management tasks.
